Tiered Management Packages
Silver (Maintenance Only): $150 – $300 /month
Weekly cleaning, chemicals, and equipment health checks.
Gold (Pool Management): $1,500 – $3,500 /month
Full maintenance + Lifeguarding for peak hours (weekends/holidays).
Platinum (Total Takeover): Custom Quote
Full staffing, 24/7 maintenance, safety plans, and select aquatic programming.
Maintenance & Cleaning (À La Carte)
Standard Weekly Cleaning (Labor Only): $85 – $110 /visit.
Standard Weekly Cleaning (Chem Plus): $110 – $135 /visit.
Seasonal Opening/Closing: $350 – $600.
Acid Wash / Deep Clean: $400 – $800+.
Lifeguarding & Events
Private Event Guarding: $60 – $85 /hr (3-hour minimum)
Contract Guarding (Hourly): $35 – $55 /hr.
Service Add Ons
Chemical Supply Surcharge: +$25 /visit (For one-time chemical needs)
Salt Cell Maintenance: +$15 (Cleaning and inspection)
